Psychological adverse events: mood changes, anxiety, or suicidal ideation warrant discussion with a mental health professional. These are rare but real.
Coming back to post #8, because the follow-up matters more than the original answer.
Pancreatitis is a genuine serious adverse event to know: severe epigastric pain, back pain, elevated lipase (≥3× upper limit of normal). If this constellation appears, stopping the drug and seeking urgent evaluation is appropriate.
